Ingredients: Rasna, Aragvadha, Haritaki, Gokshura, Eranda Moola, Devadaru, Guduchi, Bala, Punarnava, Shatavari, Shunti, Pippali, Chavya, Chitrakaand Dashamoola Shodit.

Indication: Sandhi Shoola, Joint Stiffness, Difficulty in movements of joints Sandhi Shotha, Muscle cramps

Dosage: 10 to 20 ( 2 to 4 teaspoonful) twice a day with lukewarm water or as directed by the Physician.
