A purchase order is confirmed and the order is processed Only when the payment
is realised by us.
Once the order and payment is confirmed, shipping of products is scheduled
within the next 7 - 15 working days. Complete care will be taken to deliver
the ordered materials within 15 days. However, no claims will be entertained
for late deliveries.
AyurShop keeps stock of all the popular and fast moving products shown in
our catalog. When you order an item that is not available readily, we go out
of our way to procure the same from distributors / manufacturers spread across
the country. This may sometimes result in un-expected and un-confirmed delay
which is beyond our control. In case of delay due such to un-avoidable circumstances
beyond 30 days, you are free to cancel the order and claim a full refund.
However, if you wish to cancel the order before 30 days, no refund will be
made.
In case of non-availability of products AyurShop has the right to offer
alternatives or cancel the item from the purchase order. In such cases the
cost of the canceled products can be refunded or adjusted against other products.
We strive to serve you for all your ayurvedic requirements. However, we
have fixed costs involved in our business due to which it is not feasible
to work on orders below a certain amount. Hence, we are forced to levy a -Low
Order Fee- for such orders. Presently, there is a Low Order Fee of Rs. 50/-
for all orders below Rs. 250/-. On the other hand, we can offer discounts
for all bulk purchases on request.
In case the package is withheld by any government department no refund
will be made. Our responsibility ends with shipping the product and providing
you with the shipping information.
Confirmation of a purchase order on AyurShop is intent to purchase the selected
items by the member. However, AyurShop has the right to reconfirm the purchase
order before supply. AyurShop also has the right to accept or deny the deliveries
of a purchase order without assigning any reasons thereof.
